The Green Leisure Apartments Schweglerstraße are located in the 15th district of Vienna, an up-coming and vibrant district, surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and much more.
The underground line No. 3, station is around the corner, takes you to Vienna City Centre (St. Stephan’s Cathedral) in a few minutes or to the longest shopping street in Vienna, the Mariahilfer Straße.
The tram line 49, stop is just around the corner, brings you comfortably to the famous Ringstraße, and crosses the 7th district of Vienna. There you will find many smaller and larger shops, very good restaurants and bars, the museum quarter and much more worth discovering.
The Wiener Stadthalle (Event Location) or the Schmelz can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes, the Westbahnhof and the Neubaugürtel in approx. 10 minutes, the Technical Museum in approx. 15 minutes and the Schönbrunn Palace in approx. 25 minutes. By the way, from the corner of Johnstraße and Märzstraße you have an impressive view of Schönbrunn Palace and the Gloriette.

Arrival and departure
Check-in for the apartment is possible on the day of arrival from 3 pm until 9 pm.
We kindly ask you to leave the flat by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
The access code sent to you is valid from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.
Smoking
All Green Leisure Apartments are non-smoking apartments. Please use the balconies or the courtyard. Out of respect for other guests and the staff, we kindly ask not to throw stumps from the balconies.
If the smoking ban is disregarded, the management reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of Euro 250, - as well as other costs for restoring the smoke-free condition of the apartment. If there are any cancelations or book outs of subsequent tenants due to smoking in the apartment, resulting costs will also be charged.
Housekeeping Service
The final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 7 nights cleaning as well as changing of bed linen and towels takes place once a week. Upon request, additional cleaning services can be booked in advance for an additional fee.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. In case of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to charge any costs incurred for cleaning and damage. Furthermore, pets brought with you can lead to an immediate termination of the accommodation contract on the part of the landlord.
Cancellation conditions
Unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation, the cancellation policy of our general terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation conditions COVID:
Should restrictions or company closures be ordered due to the COVID 19 pandemic, Green Leisure Apartments has the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract at any time without giving reasons and free of charge and without the right of compensation. Advanced payments will be refunded.
