Our on-site staff is regularly trained in all aspects of hygiene, cleanliness and in relation to the current legal requirements. In the presence of guests, our staff always wears mouth and nose protection and will comply with the distance rule. In addition, our staff is regularly tested. In the event of symptoms of illness, our staff is required to take the specified measures. Should an illness actually occur, all measures to protect the health of the relevant people and the safety of all other people in the apartment building are defined in our emergency guidelines, and our employees are trained accordingly.
After booking an apartment with us you will receive an automatic Email with a link for the Check-In process. You may use either your mobile phone, tablet or computer to check in and on the day of departure to check out. The invoice will be sent to you by mail within 24 hours after Check-Out. The payment has to be done online only in advance. Detailed inforamation will be sent with the booking confirmation.
