Challenging times also call for challenging measures. We will do everything to give our guests and our staff a feeling of safety. Consequently we strictly keep the statutory proprieties and guidelines and also listen to the recommendations from experts.

The applicable measures and processes are regularly evaluated, updated and adapted to the latest scientific findings.

We sincerely regret that we cannot meet and greet you personally. Of course, we are happy to answer your questions, suggestions and tips by e-mail, contact form or if necessary by phone.


Trained staff on site

Our on-site staff is regularly trained in all aspects of hygiene, cleanliness and in relation to the current legal requirements. 


Breakfast delivery

Our breakfast deliveries are made by the Hausbrot company. The food is packaged in the company under hygienic conditions, delivered to us protected in a cardboard box and placed in a paper bag in front of the apartment door.

Online Check In and Check Out – quick and eas

After booking an apartment with us you will receive an automatic Email with a link for the Check-In process. You may use either your mobile phone, tablet or computer to check in and on the day of departure to check out. The invoice will be sent to you by mail within 24 hours after Check-Out. The payment has to be done online only in advance. Detailed inforamation  will be sent  with the booking confirmation.



Cleanliness is everything - disinfection of neuralgic points

Doorknobs, code entry fields, lift buttons, check-in tablets, handrails and other often used items in the public areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning team.

With pleasure we provide dispensers with disinfectants within our building.
