There is video surveillance in the public areas within our apartment house and a sophisticated access control system for both the main entrance and the apartment entrances ensure personal security.
On the floors there are motion detectors to automatically turning on the floor lights. However, there are also some in the apartments for the automatic switching off of consumers, e.g. oven or stove.
Automatic shading and the integration of air conditioning units create a cosy atmosphere in our apartments.
